Human Resources Intern
We are currently seeking a summer intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on, project-driven experience in a collaborative, people-focused environment supporting staff across our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in project-based work related to onboarding development, policy creation, and policy implementation
- Assist with HR technology initiatives, including system updates and process improvements
- Support auditing efforts related to staffing functions, such as motor vehicle record (MVR) processes and staff vehicle audits
- Provide administrative and documentation support for core Human Resources operations
- Gain exposure to recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and employee lifecycle management
- Assist with retention strategy development and community partnership initiatives
- Collaborate with HR team members on ongoing projects and special initiatives
