The Role

 

We are seeking an HRIS intern reporting in the Head of HRIS and Operations. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Configure data findings on a dashboard using Power BI
  • Run workers compensation reporting and balance them to the quarterly tax report 
  • Analyze HR and Payroll data on excel using V look ups
  • Understanding HR and payroll data findings and give insights to the teams leaders

 

 

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Masters degree in Human Resources related field
  • Advanced excel experience 
  • Ability to interface well with all departments at all levels both internally and externally 
  • Ability to work with the appropriate sense of urgency and have a drive for results 
  • Highly self-motivated, persistent, dependable, and independent 
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands 
    • Knowledge of a computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
