Consider doing a year of service with Notre Dame Mission Volunteers at “I Have A Dream” Foundation in Dallas, TX!  Notre Dame Mission Volunteers develops leaders through education and compassionate service, sparking confidence to learn and agency to transform communities. Grace Academy is a private elementary school in Dallas, TX. 

The NDMV Member at the “I Have A Dream” Foundation supports programming for students and engages with community partners. At the heart of our approach, NDMV is relationship-centered service, which includes one-on-one and small group support, mentoring youth, coaching adults working toward academic or career goals, and helping families navigate community resources. 

Member Benefits

A stipend of $8,000 ($800 pre-tax for 10 months)

Hands-on professional experience

NDMV Support:

Biweekly virtual member meetings (Fridays, 10AM–1PM ET) with training in social justice, professional development, leadership, and topics relevant to the service experience

Two in-person retreats focused on renewal, connection, and personal growth

Ongoing service accompaniment from a National NDMV Site Manager through one-on-one support
