
Sales & Creative Intern
Position Overview:
We're looking for a proactive and creative college student to join our team as a Sales & Creative Assistant. In this dynamic, hands-on role, you'll support our Event Sales Manager with administrative tasks, assist with the coordination of client proposals, and contribute ideas to event concepts and client engagement strategies. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in event production, entertainment, and creative development.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, file organization, and proposal formatting - Support the preparation of client decks, estimates, and event briefs ● Participate in brainstorming sessions for event concepts, branding activations, and visual experiences
● Help with client follow-ups, email drafts, and meeting recaps
● Conduct basic research for vendors and creative inspiration
● Occasionally attend client meetings or walkthroughs to observe and assist as needed
Qualifications:
● Currently enrolled in college or university (preferably in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field)
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Creative mindset with a passion for events, entertainment, or production
● Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); bonus if familiar with Canva, or Adobe tools
● Reliable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Schedule & Compensation:
● Part-time: 10-20 hours/week (flexible around class schedule)
